At Endless Stationery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at team@madebyendless.com.
If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may proceed with a return once the item has been delivered (see Return Policy below).

We do not charge any cancellation fees, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a return for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Non-performing or faulty products

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns are not accepted for gift cards or custom/personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at team@madebyendless.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Important: Do not return items without contacting us first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible), and placing a new order separately.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us at team@madebyendless.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
